Moira Forbes

Managing Partner

Moira Forbes is the Executive Vice President of Forbes and Publisher of ForbesWomen. She leads strategic initiatives across Forbes’ global media platforms, which reach 140 million people monthly across 70 international editions. Since launching ForbesWomen in 2006, she has focused on spotlighting emerging areas of influence and helping connect capital to high-impact opportunities.

She established the Forbes Power Women’s Summit and the Forbes World’s Most Powerful Women list, which she continues to oversee along with several other key rankings highlighting women leaders. In addition to hosting the interview series Success with Moira Forbes, she contributes a regular leadership column to Forbes. Moira also serves on the boards of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and St. Andrew’s School.

Kerin Hempel

Managing Partner

Kerin is a results-driven executive leader and strategic advisor with deep expertise in the sports industry.   She is the Founder & Principal of Sparrow, a boutique advisory firm that delivers tailored client solutions, executive support, and transaction diligence.  Her extensive experience includes advising professional sports leagues, teams, owners, related entities, mass sporting events, and global wellness initiatives. Previously, she also served as CEO of New York Road Runners/NYC Marathon, where she successfully led an organizational turnaround.


Kerin began her career at JPMorgan in institutional derivatives before joining McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. She is a graduate of Princeton University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and Harvard Business School, where she serves on the Global Alumni Board.  Kerin is a lifelong athlete, dedicated parent-coach, and passionate sports enthusiast.
